- From the home screen of your app, click on “Cash Withdrawal”;
- Enter the agent’s code or scan their QR Code;
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw or select it from the list of suggested amounts, then click send;
- A receipt detailing the transaction will be automatically generated. You can save it to your phone or find it in the transaction history section.
