- From the home screen of your app, click on “Cash Withdrawal”;
- Enter the agent’s code or scan their QR Code;
- Enter the amount you wish to withdraw or select it from the suggested amounts, then click Send;
- A receipt with the transaction details will be automatically generated. You can save it to your phone or find it in the transaction history.
